I prefer Row 2 or 3. If you don't put any carry-on under the seat in front of you, you should have enough space to stretch your legs (even your long ones). Some planes have foot rests which may be a bit short for you, but nice for others. IMO while the bulk head is nice that nobody reclines back, you don't have the ability to stretch longer legs quite as much. At 5'8'' my feet can rest at the wall, so I assume yours won't technically be able to fully extend out.
As someone who just got off a BA CE seat last night, I very much miss AS F seats. Even AS Premium seats have much more leg room.
