I posted in August. Since then I had to contact CX by chat about 4-5 more times, providing the same account details for verification over and over and over again.
Every time they told me ok successful verification, we will fix it, it might take a week, try to log in in one week. Every time there was no change after a week and I could still not log in.

About 2-3 weeks ago the login was finally working. Don't give up ... but it was a huge waste of time to chat to them this often.
