I now have a J trip booked next summer through DFW. I doubt the A350 will be on the route by then, but JAL is only selling 5 F seats on the route, FWIW. I won't be disappointed if I get the 77W, though, because the window seat version of the Apex seat is my favorite J seat of all time. I like it better than the Room on ANA.

On a side note, I'm amused by the complaints about "ancient, run down" 777s on JAL. During my young and impressionable years I flew a lot on Northwest, and all their planes (even the new ones) looked old and run down. So any JAL plane to me looks new and immaculate compared to what I used to fly on.
