It's a trick question - the correct answer is "Toronto" - but taking into account the number of AC cancellations, so a flight "from" Toronto is also "to" Toronto.
Actually, the correct answer is CUN, since YYZ doesn't have flights to YBG, even if one accepts your comment about YYZ-YYZ flights.

But with my moderator hat on, I'd note that we're getting far afield from the topic of this thread. Canadian airport trivia would be better suited to the Canada forum or the games forum in OMNI...
