Am Globalist so saw the complimentary shuttle, but I think that only covers 2 of our adults and would have to pay for the third. Since we're paying for the third anyway, we were considering just getting the minivan since it's an extra $100 on top or something like that.
We arrived late and the rental car company we wanted to use would have already been closed so booked a one way transfer with sorastation/SkyStation. Then later took a taxi to Toyota Rent a Car Niseko Kucchan Shop for a one way rental that we'd later return to CTS. A round trip rental from CTS is a lower rate.
My main recommendation if driving at night is to drive like you expect a deer to be on the road. Most of them were on the sides of the road, but came across one or two in the middle of the road.
