You can ask for refund if you want. Air Japan is part of ANA, though. Any real reason for not wanting to fly Air Japan to get where you're going? For the most part, it's just different painted letters on the side of the planes.
Do they even have different paint? My recent experience was it was an ANA plane and all aspects seemed to be ANA, even though it was nominally Air Japan.
