I went through the Veriff thing recently and it worked. But is this something that I have to do every time I want to redeem? I remember when I had to do the text verification only once, then once in a while, then every time. Now has anyone had the experience after doing a Veriff?
a couple of weeks I needed to enter an ID in their Veriff system. Seems they did not like what I sent and locked me out. Once a week I write and ask what is wrong and to be unlocked - no reply at all.
