Basically I currently have a 4 night stay on pts+SUA confirmed. I wanted to add a 5th night and confirm the suite, I already booked the base king room on pts for the extra night. Standard suite is available for the 5th night (which is actually going to be the 1st night).
Phone rep basically said a note was added about this being a continuous stay. I'm not really satisfied with this conclusion as there is no paper trail here. Should I reach out to the hotel directly? I have access to their email.
I tried twitter yesterday and rep said it couldn't be done. What would you do?
An email to the MHC can be helpful if you want a paper trail.
