hyatt hotels that require multi day reservation
hi everyone,
i have reservation #1 from 12/18 to 12/24 at the hyatt ziva and I've applied a TSU and i also have reservation #2 at the hyatt ziva from 12/24 to 12/26 without a TSU.
there are no suites available from 12/24 to 12/26 but there are suites available from 12/24 to 12/29.
i called my Hyatt concierge and I asked to apply a TSU to reservation #2, the person was kind of rude and mentioned that she couldnt see suites available during the timeframes of reservation #2 and that she couldnt apply the TSU.
1) Should i call directly the hotel to see if they can apply the TSU?
2) has anyone seen if concierges can go around the restrictions that us regular customers encounter when they block award availability for days (like in this case, the suite is available for 5 days but not 2) ?
