I am not trying to peddle conspiracy theories but it does feel like there's a group of FAs that have sandbagged AA F ever since mgmt removed a FA position on the 321Ts during covid and never replaced it when normal service resumed.
there is no sandbags at AA
But there is certainly seniority.
FAs with the longest years of sevice get their most preferred routes to work on.
some FA bases are dominated by very senior FAs that pretty much "own" certain routes. LAX is a very senior base for example.
