2/4 this past week. OMA-DEN in F, I was handed a second bottle just as the first was being finished without asking. DEN-SFO in economy was told it hadn't been catered anymore "for awhile" and didn't really want to escalate it at that point by telling them I had it on a flight that morning. SFO-DEN in E+ success again and no drink service other than water on DEN-OMA.
