Preferred Contact Center

How does one get in the touch with the Preferred Contact Center? I've become a LATAM Black via the status match and I'm trying to assign LATAM+ seats for me and my companion. I've called 1-866-435-9526 from the US and enter my LATAM Black number and it seems I'm just going to regular reservations. No one in regular reservations knows how to transfer to the Preferred Contact Center.
Per the program:
​​​​​​Our Black and Black Signature members get LATAM+ seat at no additional charge on domestic and international flights on the whole LATAM Airlines network, both for themselves and for a travel companion. This benefit is available for Platinum, Black and Black Signature members during the seat selection process, when checking-in online or via our Preferred Contact Center.
