Received the double TPs yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, as seems to be usual) for a trip which was booked before the T&Cs changed to require all hotels & cars to be used. I didn't pick up the car because my plans changed between booking and travelling, and BAH couldn't offer a car in the place I needed (BZN).

The double TPs also included the ORC I speculatively applied for, on a cancelled sector (JER-LHR) that I also got a pro-rata refund on
