As a matter of interest, which personal card(s) appear in the same profile? Years ago a Citi telephone agent told me that some personal cards were run on the business platform, They were not marketed as business cards, this was just an operational decision.
I have a Citi DC card in addition to my recently opened AA biz. Like you, I was told years ago that business and personal cards had to be kept in separate profiles. It was always a pain having to manage yet-another profile to track my spending and payments. Thus I was pleasantly surprised when my new biz card automatically appeared in my personal profile this time. I figured it was not an anomaly but a new process at Citi. Since my report has been met with doubt and others have seen different behavior, I'm curious: among those who've opened a new business card
within the past 4 weeks, has anyone else seen it appear in their existing personal profile?
