I'm coming back to SF in Dec - is this the consensus pick for best Hyatt in SF? I've been reading the threads and it seems divided with this one slightly better.

For me, importance is safety and ability to walk around the hotel to get to cool areas (maybe everything will still be cleared up after APEC meeting)

And a good breakfast. Thread seems to show this as best breakfast as it is restaurant. What about location for walking around SF?
