Thanks for that but I have been through it and maybe I am just being stupid. Can you let me know if the below is then correct for VS

1. The date I joined the programme I gather is meaningless
2. The date I earn my first tier point is the start point of my tier year - so if I earned my first tier point on 08 February 2024 I would have until 07 February 2025 to earn 400 to get to silver
3. Assuming I reached 400 tier points on 16 October 2024 I become silver from that date and then have until 15 October 2025 to get another 400 tier points to retain silver?
4. But if I reach 1000 points before 07 February 2025, say on 12 January 2025 then gold status kicks in until 11 January 2026?

Sorry for seeming so clueless but just a little confused after having fixed yearly goals on a specific set date with BA and also that with BA you would have status from the day you reach the next tier to the end of that tier year and the whole of the next year, but I gather with VS it is strictly 12 months from date of qualification for a specific tier?
