Can you get NW miles on one part of the itinerary, then AA miles on the other part? Would you go to the GA in AMS and ask for the FF# to be changed to your AA AAdvantage AAccount? Or send in the BPs after flying?

I have done it with air canada and northwest...
since my TA booked the flight, thorough galleleo, the whole itenerary showed on the NW website, but it was two separate tickets....
