Go after all of them as one of the other posters mentioned. At a minimum you should be able to get comp from DL for the EU261 because of the CDG-JFK cancel. That is pretty straightforward. Then you should also be able to claim with BA due to their delay, missed connection and late arrival at destination.

And as mentioned - still pursue the refund from DL for the class of service downgrade. Its not your fault your flight was canceled and they had no other option.
