Ah, here you go, AM have been vindicated!! As for BA, not to defend them here, but in many ways, it can take longer to answer a "wrong" request than a correct one not least in that a sympathetic agent may well have tried to get someone else to allow an exception even though they were not supposed to answer favourably.
