So I went and opened a claim requesting a refund , credit , or even suggesting the $350 co pay be applied to a mileage co pay for an upcoming trip .
I submitted the hospital discharge papers for documentation that there had been a medical emergency.
Today I get a generic auto response email from American suggesting I contact customer service. I really feel someone from American should have reached out to me. I just charged back the $350 from my Citi Executive card. Is that good I got the refund ? Will I receive any pushback from American ?
Auto reply 15 days later. No one from American contacted me.
