However I will say, I have not had a SimplyMiles transaction post to my account in about 2 months, I'm currently owed around 8k LPs (~10k with the 20% bonus). Feels like something is broken at the back end. I'll shoot off some emails to follow up when I've downtime next week, but curious if this has affected anyone else?
I've had 3 in the past month or so and all posted. They have all been for relatively small amounts though (the biggest one was 230 miles). It wouldn't surprise me if larger amounts needed manual review, but 2 months is ridiculous.
Did you ever get an email from them? I find that there's an automated email within 3 days of using the offer.
