I remember a trip we did to Sri Lanka in 2015. One flight leg was Colombo to Seoul on Korean Air in business class. The plane was relatively new and spotless. The crew, on the other hand, was just clueless.
After a truly awful meal service, a bi bim bap that was basically inedible and some other awful stuff, no one came clear the dishes and glassware. The call button did nothing. Not a single crew member came by to clear dishes etc. until the pilot announced we were approaching destination.
The business lounge at Seoul was another disaster.
PS: I normally like bi bim bap. But not when it tastes and looks like a reheated Korean tv dinner (at best).
