And great for activities in the snow. Also they come into their own when the final thing you do before flying home is being at the beach or, on a sunny day in London, your kid is charging through the fountains next to Coal Drops Yard before getting on the train at St Pancras/Kings Cross to the airport.
Lots of alternatives to wet sacks, I commonly take a 10kg rice bag with me when travelling. Good to sit on too.
