I would like to see if it is possible to fly to Spain and bring the dog home without using agents and paying a bunch of extra fees I do have the necessary kennel needed, so I was hoping that the flight would just entail picking up the dog from the breeder ( with all the necessary medical paperwork, export paperwork etc.) and not having to pay all the various agent fees. BTW, the shipping fee on Qatar last time was around 1500 euros, so if I could bring the puppy on as a checked bag, my flight to Spain would basically be free compared to the shipping fee charged.

I do have Qatar gold status if that would be of any help in minimizing.

Has anyone done this and did you encounter any issues if all the local paperwork was correct?
