As in the wiki at the top of the thread they are supposed to arrive within about three weeks (14 working days). You might get lucky and they post in the 7 working days between your last holiday flight and your hopeful CCR visit, but I wouldn't hold my breath. You could trying ringing the gold or gold guest list line to get them to put a note on your BAEC account to see if that works. After all, when they do eventually drop they will be credited to the 4th so you will in the future be shown to have been GGL when you visit.
