How quickly are the bonus TP's landing these days? Is it variable or can one be assured that x days after the last leg has been flown that the points will land?

I have a trip coming up that will see me back in the UK on 4th December. On the 15th I take my last flight out of LHR for 2023 and I'm really hoping the points will be in my account so I hit GGL and can spend some time in the CCR. If not, I need to squeeze in 80 TP...
