Wet Clothes in Checked Luggage?

So this happens to me quite a bit. When I'm almost about to leave and am packing, I notice several of my clothes are wet. When I travel, I typically just hand wash laundry and put them out to dry a day or two before I leave. Now if I do this a few days before, then obviously this is not an issue as the clothes will be dry by then. I never used those laundry services at a hotel or anything like that where they do it for you. Now if you have a good amount of clothes that are very wet whether it could be due to working out and you didn't get to do laundry and dry it with a dryer or have the hotel do it, how exactly are you packing these wet clothes into your checked luggage? I have a ton of clothes in my checked luggage and I always put my clothes in garbage bags and tie it a bit before putting it in my luggage. I do this mainly because my checked luggage is definitely a bit dirty inside but the other reason is because I do that to separate clean clothes from dirty clothes. Dirty clothes meaning I worn it and they are dirty and I didn't get to do laundry on those clothes so they won't mix together.

Now if you have a good amount of clothes that are wet and maybe dirty, what is the best option when putting it into your luggage? Do you just put clean clothes in different garbage bags and dirty ones in other garbage bags? And say you have some clothes that are wet but not dirty, let say you handwashed these clothes in your hotel or whatnot and it didn't dry fully so it's still wet as you didn't get to throw the clothes into a dryer or allow it enough time to dry when hanging it in a hanger. Do you just have separate garbage bags for clean clothes, dirty clothes... and wet clothes? I have previously put wet clothes in different garbage bags before and do so because some wet clothes are dirtier than others, I don't want them to mix... yes that sounds silly but you get what I mean.

Here are a few questions of mine.

1. There is never an issue having wet clothes in your checked luggage right? When your clothes go through the scanner, can they tell some of your clothes are wet and maybe even soaked? Imagine you were in the beach and got your whole pair of shorts wet and have to pack them in your luggage. I assume wet clothes in your luggage is never an issue right and they won't ask to look at it? I know my clothes in garbage bags were definitely wet previously because either I didn't have enough time to dry it or it just got wet somehow.

2. I read you can buy ziplock storage bags on amazon where these seem to be 2 or 3 big bags where it shows in the pictures people use them for long term storage for the closet. But you can also use these for traveling and putting it in checked luggage? I read it even saves space in your checked luggage... is that true? So if you buy like 3 of these ziplock big bags, you can pretty much organize all your clean clothes in one big bag... another one for dirty clothes... and another one for clean clothes or wet clothes? I know you aren't suppose to put wet clothes in a bag or in luggage but if you have a ton of clothes that got wet and you don't have enough time to go to do laundry the normal way with a dryer, then would these ziplog bags be a good idea? I can't buy one of these now though but these would be good to use in the future? I always have all my clothes whether it's all clean or mostly clean and some dirty and some wet in garbage bags in my luggage. But I read online that apparently lot of people use garbage bags for putting dirty clothes in their luggage? I'm not a fan of just putting your clothes straight into your checked luggage.

3. Does anyone have advice on what one should do since I can't buy these ziplock bags and can't have the laundry done and dry before you leave? Just put the clothes in different garbage bags then so at least your clean clothes wouldn't mingle with the dirty or wet clothes?
