Only that I’ve contacted a few of the mercures to find out why they weren’t bookable on the Accor app and they straight told me that they refuse to participate in ALL at the direction of its parent, hauzhu. It started around mid 2021 but seems to have escalated more recently.

Waiting to see what the fallout is with Accor plus because they are flat denying what properties have told me. I’ve already got Hilton Diamond but I think given the recent changes to IHG, I’ll make IHG my backup program going forward as they have a worldwide consistent experience now on par with Hilton.

im pretty disgusted with Accors transparency as of recent and the fact that I have resort to credit card disputes to enforce their program rules because their support is absolutely garbage.
