I raised a grievance on the Passport India website on 13 Nov - however, no movement on it either.
I too applied on 25th Oct. Have called up the Passport Seva number - they suggested I call up RPO Chennai or write to them. Wrote to them and still waiting for the response. Raised a ticket with CBP - they came back and asked me to follow up with Indian passport authorities!
Not sure what next. Hope someone can help with knowhow on who to escalate ...
