I don't have an option to pre-order as well. Flight is in 17 days. YVR-YUL-BOG. I remember the last time I had the option of pre-ordering 1 month out. (last time was out of YYZ instead of YUL)
Out of curiosity, what day of the month was the last flight? (My upcoming is Dec 7).
I can get behind the idea that next month's menu isn't available yet.
