Presumably, unless ground staff were shouting "Make way for the Prems", only you and a few other passengers knew they were Prems in F because you'd seen them earlier in the lounge and/or were also sitting in First.
IMHO, everybody else was far more likely to be wondering why others were ahead of them and when it would be their turn to board, rather than thinking that "there's something dodgy going on."
For the same reason, it's a bit of a leap to think people would question whether ground staff have performed the necessary checks when accompanying other passengers to the door of the plane.
