The dreaded "operational requirements" email came yesterday, 2 days before my scheduled trip. They provided a link to change my seat selection and, as always the case with QR, instead of bringing you to the seat selection, it asks for PNR and Last Name despite me being logged in to my QR app and also on my computer. Typing in the required info, it then brought me to the message that says, "To select your seat, please approach the airport check-in counter where one of our agents will assist you." This is a paid J ticket class I and could not even get my seat selection change. Really, QR? And they're supposed to be world class. What a joke.
