Talking I just met the NICEST Air NZ Agent at checkin at SFO

I asked explicitly for it to be a spare Skycouch row otherwise we wouldn't bother purchasing the Twin Seat and they made it work.
Just a quick update:

We're at the United Club now waiting to board NZ 7 in a few hours. I asked at check in for the twin seat option and if we can block the middle seat and I'm willing to pay for it etc. (She was from the same country that I was from and we both spoke the native language between us)

She just said "One moment, let me check" She then comes back and says, "It's done, I removed the middle seat from availability and you're all set" I asked "and how much will it be?" she responded "Don't worry about it you're all set...and that's a skycouch row FYI " Omg...I'm at a loss for words, I've never met such a nice agent....she pretty much gave us a skycouch for free
