Note: i have a flight out of Anaheim on Nov 17 to Atl but could travel from there. Also could travel Nov 17 to 27.
Five trips to Hawaii should get you the needed MQMs. ATL-SEA-KOA-SEA-ATL is about 9,700 MQMs (flying through LAX is slightly less MQMs.) Prices for an immediate turn trip for travel between December 14 - 31 is starting around $730 (MC) but does run up above $1000 just before Christmas. Immediate turn trip is usually a few hours in Hawaii and returning back to Atlanta early afternoon to late evening depending on routing. If you buy business class tickets or higher priced economy class fares, you should also get the remainding $7000 MQDs that you need to retain Diamond medallion status.
You could also do the Virgin Atlantic Economy Delight fare run to Capetown from Atlanta which will earn you about $5100 MQDs and 25,500 MQMs. A four day trip (e.g. Dec 14 - 17) costs around $3453.
Atlanta to Singapore on Air France / KLM (ATL-AMS-CDG-SIN-CDG-ATL) earns about 22,600 MQMs and is available for $1980 for travel December 14 - 17. A little over 6 hours in Singapore.
