As an SE, I don't want to pre-order. I am conducting a test. I would like the order-taker to come to my seat and greet me by name before asking for my order. AC is currently running at less than 50% on internatoinal routes. They are always polite, but I would like them to greet me by name. FWIW - the rate of "name greeting" is much higher on domestic routes when I am in the front cabin.
