Arrived at CLT around noon on 11/11. ES were half full with lots of sedan and 5 seater SUV (Hyundai/ Jeep/ Nissan) few 7 seater SUVs but no full size SUV to take. I do need something big, so I talked to one of National staff and she was nice enough to get me a Minivan. So, if you do need something big, please talk to one of staff. Not sure that they will give you full size SUV…
