I’ve flown this route 4 times whilst TP running in the last couple of months - each time I did so, it was noticeable how many American passengers were on board complaining to crew about the plane being swapped out for a “coach only” aircraft when they’ve paid for business class seating.

Appreciating the European Business class is significantly different for Short Haul, this length of flight is IMHO too long to use the current SH fleet (thinking about comfort) for the premium cost it attracts. They could learn from AA’s use of A321T on such a lengthy route.
