A truly odd set of items.

Why not sell (a) unique experiences (similar to United or Marriott experiences -- except with cash instead of miles) and (b) unique Delta branded items (e.g., when United offered the new Polaris bedding with miles for a limited time back when it launched) and (c) unique airplane related items (pieces of retired airplanes, old seats, etc)

The people in charge of this company have developed a really bizarre view of their brand and how consumers interact with it. People are using your Delta AMEX Credit Card for the free flight, not because they view Delta as some sort of trusted brand for everything related to travel and travel adjacent categories
