Multiple calls over the last few weeks for the CSR, held since inception. Kept getting "no offers but system says to transfer you to retention, but they aren't available." Finally decided to just product change and stop wasting my time. Downgraded to the Freedom Flex MC, which the rep assured me would not result in a "new account" and push me over 5/24... since I am hoping to open a CSP in a few weeks. Just another datapoint was offered to downgrade to either Freedom Flex or Unlimited (which I already have). I think someone had asked earlier that the system wasn't allowing downgrades to Freedom from the CSR, so this is either individualized or was a temporary issue.
