3. Original room booking & rate: Standard King Guest Room X 2 SNA applied for 2x King Executive Suite
4. Suite upgrade received: 1x King Executive Suite and 1x Twin Executive Suite
5. Days prior to arrival the reservation was made: 2 months
6. Comments about SNA application:
Made 2 reservations and applied SNA for both. Both SNAs cleared at h-5. Hotel somehow try to downgrade one of the room on check in claimed that the upgrade was complimentary and only applies to member's personal room.
Told them it was SNA. Initially FD insist that only member's personal room can be SNAed but after confirming with someone else at the FD team, she finally agreed to put the room back but insist that no more King Executive suite available only twin bed was available

Either I can take that or she cancel the SNA for that room and assign me a base King room.
Since the SNA was about to expired I end up take the twin suite.
Very bad practice from the hotel.
