I was looking for a possible vacation to Bali and saw the title. Ha, it's a hotel in Taiwan. Good to know.

I remember going from Tamsui on a ferry across the river to Bali (this Bali in Taiwan). There were people selling Bali mochi. East of the river, Tamsui, is much more populated and has MRT line. Bali side didn't have as much. Maybe it has developed more, but as ARLT mentioned, it's not as easy to get to.
