I have an upcoming trip, will have over 8 hours (checked, no earlier available flight).
So what is the process to join the free local tour and obtain the tourist visa (e.g. is there a counter on air/land side)? What to expect during the local tour (all inclusive, or need some cash for meal)?

Never been ADD before. Do have a bit of experience for the TK tour at old IST (but IST free tour counter is past immigration, i.e. need visa first!).
