Was on WL for 2 SWUs on DFW-FCO today, 482k LPs. Got EF alert for 1 seat yesterday. Called EXP desk to split PNR and try to confirm Mr. WalruSara. While splitting, system confirmed me automatically. Agent reversed to clear him, and I went back on WL.

8 hours later, 1 more seat opened on EF. Called about an hour after notification to try to confirm. Agent was very perplexed as to why it didn’t clear automatically. She called the rate desk and cleared it.

In both cases, I had to really push them to look at real time availability to understand why I was calling to ask.
