Hey I'm trying to do a last mileage run before the end of the year to either rack up 5k MQD and get gold, or accumulate MQM to extend my status Need some help considering options Thank you

Departure Airport: NYC - but can reposition anywhere in the US
Miles Needed: 5000 MQD or as many MQM as possible
Required Spend or Budget: Under 2k
Available Travel Dates: Leave Nov 21/22 ( or during thanksgiving I don't celebrate it )
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*: Any
