This is just unfortunate. When AC cancelled my last Airpoints booking, they even moved me 2 days after the original flight. It was a huge pain but better than losing the flight altogether. If LX won't re-instate the flight or make any effort front their end, I am afraid there is nothing NZ will do for you.
