With it being a two connection routing it just could be the standard difficulty ba.com with Avios searches involving connections. If you haven’t yet, you could try searching for each individual segment. Otherwise call as has been suggested.
IB shows a MIA-LIM-BRU (I have no idea what BRU is, which BA does not recognize). BA does not even give me anything even just MIA-LIM. I will look at AS showings in more details before calling BA because AS is a whole lot cheaper than Avios, like 30% cheaper.
