6. Comments: SNA cleared 5 days out. I received a room on the 50th floor, which is the top floor. Unfortunately there was clanking noise in the room and in the hallway near the room -- I'm thinking perhaps the elevator machinery? Also the bedroom had a connecting door to the room next to it and it was right next to the bed too. Those doors are great conductors of sound, so I could hear everything going on in the next room. I went back to the front desk. As it was late at night, they struggled to find me another suite and offered one that was on the 12th floor. I declined because I wanted to be higher up, and settled for a regular room on a high floor. They told me they're refunding me the SNAs.
