I got the spiel this weekend. I'm not sure it's part of their service flow but they are incentivized. It's why a lot of offers are a few thousand miles more if you enter in an employees number. They get like $20 or something from each approved application. Criminally lower than what the blogger affiliate links pay out.
Now now, these poor bloggers have to remember to account for their receipts, their non-monetary compensation, and then remember to make sure all of it appears on their tax returns, while the AS FA conveniently has the $20 accounted for on an upcoming paycheck
