Thank-you for the advice to contact Vueling. My PNR no longer works on their website, and without a valid PNR I haven't found a way to message anyone or speak with anyone. I did manage to find 3 email addresses, where I tried to submit the compensation claim 1 month ago: [email protected] Result? The message was blocked (“550 ETP102 recipient rejected by downstream MTA. Reason: [ 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied.")
