My Citi Business Credit Card was approved on 11/1 and it still doesnt show in my Citi App. I called the Citi 0800 number and they say I have to create a new profile to see that Business Card.... so I guess you cannot see all your Citi products (ie personal + business) on the same App at the same time....?
No, you're correct. Whomever posted that their Citi Business card showed up automatically in their personal profile may be incorrect.
My new card arrived Friday, 11/10 (so 9 days after I applied/approved).
It never showed up on my Personal cards login/profile.
If I try to link it, I get an error message stating
"
The credit card you entered is not eligible for linking at this time."
That jives with my past experiences with Citi Business cards and Personal accounts.
